Sheep Talk
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.”
John 10:27-30
I am not fond of roller coasters at all. Though they are very secure, in the back of my brain is a fearful thought of being thrown out my seat. I am not fond of that fear.
Security and sure things are important to me. Nobody likes to invest in something where there’s a chance of no chance of return.
Somebody once said, “there’s only two things you can be sure of; death and taxes.” What can you find 100% assurance and security?
This passage says it all. Nothing…Nothing can pull us out of God’s hands, nor can I slip out. It’s the only guarantee that we can fully invest our entire lives in.
