At LCC, we want people to get connected quickly and experience what it means to live in real community with others.
Home Teams are the first place that happens. A Home Team is a group that meets once a week to help people meet new people, develop genuine friendships, study the Bible and have fun.

What is a Home Team?
• A Home Team is a small group of people who meet regularly in homes to focus on relationships with God and one another.
• At LCC, Home Teams help us grow larger and smaller at the same time.
• A Home Team is a safe and exciting place to build life-long friendships and grow stronger spiritually.

Home Teams are for you if?
1. You are just checking out the whole "church" thing.
2. You are new to LCC.
3. You are regular attender.

Here are some other things Home Teams are and are not…
Are: Home Teams are groups of 10-20 people who meet together in homes weekly or every other week to have fun and study the Bible together.
Not: They are not gatherings of biblically educated "Super-Christians." The members are normal people just like you.
Are: Home Teams are fun, open environments for group discussion based on a prepared biblical topic, led by a trained facilitator.
Not: They are not Sunday school classes or teacher led Bible studies.
Are: Home Teams welcome visitors with open arms and warm hospitality.
Not: A Home Team is not an exclusive social club where you have to apply for membership or wait for an opening.
